PT Naru Catur Indonesia is a technology company in Bandung that builds software and supplies IT products for state-owned enterprises, financial services, government and enterprise companies.
Where we come from
PT Naru Catur Indonesia has been legally established since 2022, with a core team that has spent more than ten years on enterprise-scale systems. We build systems used every day at scale, from a pension member service app and the national forestry licensing validation system to ERP and digital payment platforms.
Our approach is the same for government, state-owned and enterprise clients. We understand the business process first, design a solution that fits the capacity and the rules that apply, then keep that system running after hand-over.
The team is used to stepping into environments that are already live, fixing what needs fixing without interrupting a service the public is actively using. Code, documentation and system knowledge are handed over in full, so the system can be maintained by anyone after the contract ends.
We are based in Bandung and work with teams across Indonesia, on site when it matters and remote when it does not.

QA engineer
Automated and exploratory testing from the first sprint, with a test plan and test log that can be re-checked.
Support desk
Handles tickets after go-live, 24 hours a day, under the service level agreed up front.
