Context
SMS campaigns of millions of messages run side by side, and the team needs to know how many were sent, failed and need retrying for each campaign.
Challenge
Success figures had to be available per campaign and per period, with status from draft to done, without waiting for manual summaries from the sending system.
What we built
Campaign summary: total campaigns, sent, failed and success rate
Campaign list with pending, draft, on-progress and done statuses
Per-campaign detail: total MSISDN, success, failed, retry and retry failed
